Important: Prices are per subject monthly. A 10% discount applies when registering more than 1 subject. A once-off registration fee of R250.00 is required. Classes run on Google Classroom; Google Meet for live virtual classes.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Fees & Payment: Fees payable in advance. No sessions without payment. Late payment may cause suspension.
  2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Minimum 24 hours' notice required for one-on-one sessions. Less than 24hrs will be charged in full. Tutor cancellations will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Group sessions cannot be cancelled by parents and missed sessions will not be refunded.
  3. Attendance & Responsibilities: Parents must ensure punctuality, preparedness and provide reliable internet and quiet learning space. Supervision required for young learners.
  4. Materials & Resources: Learning materials remain the property of Nqobile Tutoring and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
  5. Confidentiality & Data Protection: Student information will be kept confidential and used only for educational purposes. Photos/recordings/testimonials require parent consent.
  6. Liability Disclaimer: Tutor not responsible for technical issues (internet/power/device). Results cannot be guaranteed.
  7. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate with one week's written notice. Unused prepaid sessions refunded except where cancellation policies apply.
